About Our Association
The Fonmeadow Property Owners Association, Inc. was first
formed in 1980 with 26 homeowners and is now home to over 500
property homeowners. We are one of four Missouri City
communities located north of South Main/U.S. 90.
The community's close proximity to the Texas Medical Center,
downtown Houston, city of Sugar Land, the Galleria Mall and other
shopping centers makes it an idyllic place to raise a family.

We are an Association on the grow and there are many areas to
become involved with and be a vital part of. We need your ideas to
improve our quality of life, your desire to create a safer
neighborhood and your voice to join with others to help shape our
